Prepay Per Quarter Schedule

We will charge you at the following Quarterly Fee (inclusive of GST) for bookkeeping per entity based on number of transactions:

 

a) Bookkeeping for the Micro SOHO Collection (0-400 transactions*) including BAS Preparation & Quality Assurance

b) Bookkeeping for the Small Enterprise Collection (300-1,200 transactions*) including BAS Preparation & Quality Assurance

c) Bookkeeping for a Growing Business Collection (1,100 – 10,000 transactions*) including BAS Preparation & Quality Assurance

d) Administration fee for late payment:

e) Travel expenses to/from your premises:
f) Parking expenses incurred:

g) One-off entity setup

Additional and Unanticipated Services

Before any additional work is done arising from issues raised at any of the unlimited consultations an “Extra Work Order” (EWO) quotation must be accepted.

Modules Not Subscribed

All work will be limited to the bookkeeping and accounting matters subscribed to, and will at all times be subject to the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide to us for the assignment.
